I saw the teacher that I like the least in the corner of our teacher's room and she looked both upset and somewhat on the verge of tears.  She was hiding behind a computer and talking with another teacher.  I feel bad for her.

This certainly makes things feel more complicated.  Is it common to see people cry at work? At school? I have seen at least 3 teachers tear up since I have arrived in Japan.
