Well... It looks like I am going to Indonesia in April.
With luck i'll be killed by pirates.
Love you mom.

I saw the student again yesterday evening. His neck had a couple of big gashes where my shoe hit him. It had been bleeding a little bit too. I just hope to god it won't get infected.
Also, I think they teacher's know I was the man who caused the injury. I saw the nurse discussing the matter with two other teachers. Thank god they don't have detention in Japan.

Today, after 6 months I finally got the courage to go play soccer during some students gym period. I was pumped because I played the sport for 9 years and consider myself quite adequate at the sport considering I stopped playing by around middle school.
Of course, I had to play in my works clothes... and my shoes were all broken and old. Not to mention the field was muddy and sandy. So the result of my first successful soccer game with students was that I ended up kicking a ball... had my shoe fly off... and the shoe ended up hitting the best soccer player in the neck leaving a somewhat huge scar on his body.
He didn't look happy. And Ryan-sensei looked like a bit of a joke.
Sincerely,
- Ryan

I got caught again talking to students during Soji time. I have been hiding from the first floor students where I know the more angry teacher is. But for some reason she was on the second floor by the gym today...coincidentally where I was causing English havoc with some students who may or may not have been finished with their cleaning job.
But ya, I got caught again. She yelled at me, and threatened to make me clean. She has the power, I know she does.
However... I get bored during soji time so I wouldn't mind having a job hehe.

This has been a question that the 3rd Grade Boys have been trying to ask me over the past two weeks.
I made the mistake of giggling unexpectedly when they first brought it up.... since then our conversations have been rapidly going downhill. Rather, their conversations have been going downhill... I just say, "DAME-YO!" which means "Not cool!"
But to be honest, its funny trying to hear kids be perverted in a language not in their native tongue. Quite hilarious.

I saw the teacher that I like the least in the corner of our teacher's room and she looked both upset and somewhat on the verge of tears. She was hiding behind a computer and talking with another teacher. I feel bad for her.
This certainly makes things feel more complicated. Is it common to see people cry at work? At school? I have seen at least 3 teachers tear up since I have arrived in Japan.

My god. I could laugh so hard at the absurdity of my life in Japan.
I'm a fool for coming here. But I ain't bowing out of this country just yet.
